Krasnodar Region implementing more than 700 investment projects

The figures were announced at a meeting on the socio-economic development of the Krasnodar Region, chaired by Governor Veniamin Kondratyev. Deputy Governor Alexander Ruppel delivered a report on investment development.

«Investment is currently being restructured. Businesses are adapting to new conditions, reallocating financial flows, and adjusting project timelines. On the governor's instructions, every project in the investment portfolio is subject to the strictest scrutiny. We track trends, understand the risks, and are ready to provide targeted support. Our colleagues from the Investment Promotion Agency supervise projects and maintain close contact with both the business community and municipal teams. There are currently more than 700 investment projects at an active stage,» said Deputy Governor Alexander Ruppel.

According to Alexander Ruppel, the goal is to attract 1.3 trillion roubles of investment to the economy in 2026. The health resort sector and manufacturing are by far the leading sectors in the investment portfolio, together accounting for 63% of the region's total.
