Abinsk district provides a land plot for an agricultural project

The purpose of using the land plot is to build an enterprise on safety assessment and quality verification in respect of agricultural products

The area of investment-attractive plot is 5,000 sq. m. The site is located in eastern edge of the Akhtyrskiy small town. There is a local road (0.1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city – Novorossisk city" is 0.15 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Abinsk city is 12 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 70 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Akhtyrskaya is 4 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 100 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 70 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Administration of Abinsk District as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 2,700 m, to the water system is 1,400 m, to the gas supply system is 1800 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 9 million rubles.
