Abinsk district presents an investment project on the organization of a greenhouse facility

The municipality offers to invest into a profitable agrarian project on the organization of a greenhouse facility.

The municipality plans to set up the construction of a greenhouse facility. As envisaged by the project, the complex will incorporate greenhouses made from light structures on a metal frame. In addition, sheds will be built and a site for sorting and temporary storage of finished products and facilities for inventory and fertilizers’ storage will be fitted. Annually the greenhouse facility will supply products in the amount of: 3,150 ton of cucumbers, 1,188 tons of tomatoes, 487.7 tons of pepper, 36 tons of salad. It is forecasted that vegetables will be merchandized to commercial enterprises and public catering enterprises. 

A feasibility study performed was developed for the investment project. The project needs 235.72 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 107 new jobs.

A land plot of 40,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Fedorovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road (0.01km), there. The distance to the regional highway "Holmskaya Cossack village-Myshastovskaya Cossack village" is 0.01 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Abinsk city is 62 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 48 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Holmskaya is 33 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 60 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 107 km.
