Abinsk district presents a project on the organization of a greenhouse facility

The municipal formation Abinsk district offers the entrepreneurs to invest into the project on the construction of a greenhouse facility.

Within the framework of implementation of the investment project, it is expected to build a greenhouse complex consisting of a greenhouse on a metal frame made from lightweight structures and sheds. The greenhouse complex will also include sheds and a site for sorting, temporary storage of fertilizers and inventory. It is planned to grow tomatoes in the greenhouse facility (their share will make 60%) and cucumbers (their share will make 40%). As forecasted, more than 522 tons of tomatoes and 308 tons of cucumbers will be grown here yearly. It is expected to sell the products to merchandising organizations.  

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 40.1 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 29 new jobs.

A land plot of 30,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Sadovskiy farm (Varnavino rural settlement). There is a local road there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city – Novorossiysk city" is 9 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Abinsk city is 24 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 109 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Abinskaya is 28 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 109 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 98 km.
