Abinsk district presents a project on the construction of an enterprise on manufacturing rattan furniture

The municipality offers to invest into the project on the construction of an enterprise on manufacturing rattan furniture.

Within the framework of the project it is anticipated to organize the manufacturing of rattan furniture which will produce 9.4 thousand of finished articles per year: chairs, arm-chairs, file cabinets etc. As forecasted, rattan furniture will be of demand among the owners of recreation places, resort facilities, tourists, local residents and community of neighboring districts. The demand for the given type of products is growing; productions of similar nature are missing in Abinsk district – all these factors ensure the investment attractiveness of the presented project. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 19.58 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 33 new jobs.

A land plot of 25,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Fedorovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road (0.01km) there. The distance to the regional highway "Holmskaya Cossack village-Myshastovskaya Cossack village" is 0.01 km.

The distance from the municipal center of of Abinsk city is 62 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 48 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Holmskaya is 33 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 60 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 107 km.
