Abinsk district presents a project on the construction of an asphalt concrete factory

The municipality invites the entrepreneurs to contribute financially to the implementation of an investment project on the construction of an asphalt concrete factory.

The asphalt concrete factory will be built in the urban settlement of Akhtyrskiy. By reaching the estimated capacity, the factory will manufacture 4,443,520 tons of finished products for the construction, industrial enterprises and other organizations of Abinsk and adjacent municipal formations.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 216.34 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 94 new jobs.

A land plot of 30,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the Akhtyrskiy urban settlement. There is a local road, Petrovskiy Lane (2.3km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city – Novorossiysk city" is 0.8 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Abinsk city is 9 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 75 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Abinskaya is 12 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 115 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 67 km.
