Abinsk district presents a large-scale agrarian project

The municipality offers the investors to implement an investment project on the construction of an enterprise for processing agricultural products.

As envisaged by the project, an enterprise for processing agricultural products – flour & cereals enterprise – will be built. It is forecasted that the milling capacity will make 120,000 tons per day, elevator capacity will make 25,000 tons of one-time storage, 1,000 tons per day on handling by vehicular transport. Within the framework of the project, warehousing facilities for finished products will be built; the total area of which will make 1,000 sq.m. The project is meant for such category of consumers as community of the district, region as well as of Rostov region and public catering enterprises.  

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 264.14 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 150 new jobs.

A land plot of 200,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in farm of Ekaterinovskiy. There is a regional highway "Holmskaya Cossack village – Myshastovskaya Cossack village" (0 km), there.

The distance from the municipal center of Abinsk city is 65 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 45 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Holmskaya is 38 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 60 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 110 km.
