Abinsk district offers an investment attractive land plot for the agrarian project

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to lease a land plot for the construction of a complex on processing of straw, sunflower husks and rice hulls.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 20,000 sq. m. The site is located Holmskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Kashtanovaya Street (0.03 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Pavlovskaya Cossack village – Novorossiysk city" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Abinsk city is 25 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 60 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Akhtyrskaya is 2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 70 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 80 km.
