Abinsk district offers a land plot for the project in the processing industry

The municipality offers to lease a land plot for the construction of a plant for manufacturing reinforced concrete structures and metal ware. 

The area of investment-attractive plot is 28,000 sq. m. The site is located in Abinsk city. There is a local road, Mira Street (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city – Novorossisk city" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 80 km. The distance to the nearest railway station Abinskaya is 10 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 100 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 70 km.

The site is in the state property, with the Administration of Abinsk District as a right holder. The site is proposed to investors for rent. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 1,000 m, to the water system is 800 m, to the gas supply system is 1,300 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 6.56 million rubles.
