Abinsk district presents a mega-project in the agricultural sector

The municipality offers the investors to finance a project on the construction of a greenhouse facility.

It is planned to set up a greenhouse facility within the scope of the project. It will include greenhouses from lightweight structures on a metal frame, sheds, a yard for sorting and temporary storage of finished products, sheds from inventory and fertilizers’ storage. The estimated capacity per year will make 3,150 tons of cucumbers, 1,188 tons of tomatoes, 487.7 tons of pepper and 36 tons of salad for commercial companies, household and public catering enterprises.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 235.72 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 years, and the return on investment period is 5.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 77 new jobs.

A land plot of 40,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Fyodorovskaya Cossack village. The distance to the regional highway "Kholmskaya Cossack village –Myshastovskaya Cossack village" is 0.01 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Abinsk city is 62 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 48 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Kholmskaya is 33 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 60 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 107 km.
