Abinsk district of Krasnodar region presents a mega-project on the construction of a health resort complex

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to implement an investment project on the construction of a health resort complex "Akhtyrskiy balneotherapeutic clinic".

Within the framework of implementing a project, it is envisaged to construct a complex consisting of a hotel for 15 seats, therapeutic facility for 300 seats. In addition, a canteen for dietary nutrition will be functioning within the complex; visitors may also attend a swimming pool with mineral water, restaurant, balneary, sports and fitness centers. The project is targeted for the residents of the region, Russia and foreign tourists.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 244.54 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 6.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 84 new jobs.

A land plot of 31,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the Akhtyrskiy urban settlement. There is a local road, Petrovskiy Lane (0.3km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city – Novorossiysk city" is 0.8 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Abinsk city is 12 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 70 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Ahtyrskaya is 5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 120 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 70 km.
