Abinsk district of Krasnodar region offers to implement an investment project on the construction of an asphalt concrete plant

The entrepreneurs are offered to invest into the project on the construction of an asphalt concrete plant.

The presented investment project provides for the construction of an asphalt concrete plant. The estimated capacity envisaged by the business plan is 443,520 tons per year. By reaching such capacity, the gross income of the plant will make 1,197.5 million rubles. The project is targeted at construction and industrial enterprises and other organizations of Abinsk district and neighboring municipal formations.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 216.34 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 years, and the return on investment period is 5.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 94 new jobs.

A land plot of 30,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the settlement of Akhtyrsky. There is a local road, Petrovskogo Street (2.3km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Krasnodar city –Novorossiysk city" is 0.8 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Abinsk city is 9 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 75 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Akhtyrsky is 8 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 115 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 67 km.
